PRODUCTION PROGRESS: Week of 2/7

Hello Dungeoneers!
This week was a slower paced production week as the team focused in on mastering and moldmaking new sets of DD figures for the next wave push. A pile of new molds are ready to go into rotation next week, and we still managed to produce another 1,000 pcs (+3%) this last week! At this time, we're also quickly closing in on having the entirety of the Mousefolk Militia Warbands produced and prepped for packing. 🐭🎉

UPDATE: Last Week's Progress!

Happy Monday Dungeoneers!
Looks like I forgot to hit "Publish" on last week's update, so I'm playing catch up this morning. Looks like we produced about 5% more of our total part count just last week--approximately a whopping ~1,800 individual miniatures!
We do expect that our pace in the next couple of weeks will slow down a bit as the production team focuses on engineering and mold-making for the next wave of DD models, but we're definitely chugging along.

Hey there, Dungeoneers!
Have you ever had one of those projects where you look down, get deep into the zone, and then look up a moment later--only to realize it's actually been ages and you forgot something really important?

In my last update published before the holiday break, I told y'all I would have another post up in a week. Well, to be embarrassingly honest... I completely forgot. Between the holidays quickly approaching (then passing), our team's switch into overdrive making molds in house and producing as many minis as possible to reclaim lost time, I ended up completely distracted with work and dropped the ball.
To make up for my forgetfulness, I am bringing a big comprehensive update to you today with all the details on what we've been up to since December, and what's coming up next!
#1: INTRODUCING: THE PHIAL OF PROGRESS!
To better document and share our ongoing work in the shop, we'll be updating the Phial of Progress weekly with our current percentage of completion. With every miniature made, a bit of Mana is added to the Phial until full--that's when shipping begins. It's like a pizza tracker... but for minis. 🍕
I also want to point out that since securing all our equipment and materials, we've been making incredible progress. All sculpted bases are complete, and now we're steadily working our way through all the figures, starting with the least complicated and working up to the bigger and more complex ones. We even added a few new team members to help with QC and packing as minis come out of the molds, and with their help, we've got 63% of the minis ready to go on to boxing!

Good Monday to you, Dungeoneers!
I have the most spectacular report from HQ for you today: we're officially MAKING MOLDS! I have photographic proof for you below:
Here we have a little start to our mold library forming--these are awaiting testing/balancing.

A closer look at the careful engineering that goes into setting up each mold for injection! The best part? All the excess plastic sprues are ground up and reused for new minis, making our process significantly more sustainable than traditional resin.
Some early pulls from our new molds of Fungonytes and Cave Crawlers, out to make trouble!
We've finally got lots of Fungonytes underway, with Guardians shaping up nicely too.
Parker, our casting lead, was kind enough to let me grab a snap of his workstation mid-cycle. We're looking forward to having station #2 set up in the new year!
We're quite pleased with the progress we've made so far in just the last week or so since starting the tandem production with SioCast HQ, but we still have a lot of work ahead! I am so proud of my teammates for their hard work and readiness to dive in headfirst to get Dungeon Delvers over the finish line. Of course, I'll be keeping y'all updated with more images as we go!
