Hey there Dungeoneers!
Just letting you know that we're currently sending out invites on completed orders to redeem your STLs on MyMiniFactory! We're still sorting out a few interface quirks, so a few files are still being sorted out, specifically the Sculpted Base STL Set. They'll be added to your collections as soon as we get the files to cooperate!
Wood Dragon STLs are going out today, and any Tsathoggua the God-Toad or Troll Bridge STLs will be added automatically to your collections as soon as they are completed.
We'll be setting up our MyMiniFactory shop over the next week or so, so you'll likely see some housekeeping adjustments as we settle into the platform for good. There are a lot of bells and whistles we're learning to use on the fly, so please pardon our dust!

We finally made progress in solving the issues we ran into over the weekend, and now we're moving forward with the MyMiniFactory STL delivery as originally planned. This is what we're doing next:
1. Backers with Locked Orders: Any additional purchases made through your BackerKit survey will be charged tonight, along with taxes/shipping on resin and dice orders. Once the charges are complete and confirmed, we'll start sending out MyMiniFactory links to STL files/collections. If you didn't make any additional purchases, you won't be charged anything--your order will just be marked as complete. Estimated STL delivery: Friday March 26th
2. Backers Who Completed the Survey After the Deadline (+ STL Late Pledges): We'll be adding the STL products back to the survey shop and you'll receive a 48 Hour Final Notice email. This will allow you to make any final tweaks to your order before it automatically locks for payment processing! Once charges are complete and confirmed, we'll send your MyMiniFactory links. Estimated STL delivery: March 27th - 28th
3. Backers Who Have Not Completed Their Survey: Any surveys completed after March 23rd will be in the 3rd and final batch of STL deliveries. Instructions on retrieving your links will follow after Backer Group 1 and 2 have been addressed. Estimated STL Delivery: TBD
