Revised Tracking Numbers Going Out Shortly

Hello again!

I am happy to report that I've confirmed with the fulfillment center that the jumbled tracking numbers were strictly a spreadsheet error and that those affected are receiving their proper order to their proper address.

I now have the fixed sheet of tracking numbers so I will be sending out new numbers to those of you affected via email shortly.

Dungeon Delvers is FINALLY in the Wild + Other Updates

Happy Monday Dungeoneers! 

First I want to share my thanks to all of our backers who have received their orders from the Gamerati fulfillment center and shared pictures and very kind words about our minis! I can't tell you how over the moon we are to have this very early project now fully complete and in your hands to enjoy. 

The fact that so many have shared that they are so happy with their minis is truly outstanding and so appreciated. The positivity and kindness you've shared was what kept us going through an extraordinarily difficult first project. We can't thank you enough! 🥰

We do want to point a few things out for folks regarding these minis, now that they've ended up at their final destination:

• There is some color variation between the SioCast minis in your orders. SioCast turns slightly toasty/caramelized in color when it includes recycled SioCast material in the batch and it's totally normal. You can still go straight to painting your minis without primer if you wish.
• The larger minis that we needed assistance manufacturing in traditional 2-part resin (The Swamp Troll, Cave Bear, Wood Dragon, etc) are all a lighter tone of resin and look slightly shinier. They should prepped for paint just like any typical resin miniature by cleaning them with mild soap before painting to get rid of any oils left over from the silicone molds.
• You might notice that the Altar terrain pieces are much heavier and cool to the touch in comparison with the other resin items. We decided that in order to make these terrain pieces less likely to tip when on the table, we included a weight additive to the resin for heft. When scraping/sanding any mold lines, try to be a somewhat gentle as the additive can make some parts a bit more brittle than usual. You'll also want to clean these Altars with mild soap before painting. 

GENERAL SAFETY NOTE: As with any miniature you hobby with, make sure to use a sufficient filtering face mask or respirator when sanding any resin miniature or spraying paint to protect your lungs from particulates and harmful chemicals. Safety first, always!

Shipping Updates + Notes

We're so excited to state that we're down to the last population of Kickstarter Backer rewards shipping this week! Orders are continuing to ship every day and we're closing in on complete fulfillment shortly. 

On that note, there are a few updates we want to share with International backers and backers who were affected by a cart error that we are resolving this week to clear their order for shipment. Read below for more details:

CART ERRORS RESULTING IN PARTIAL REFUNDS: If you ordered a Resin copy of Tsathoggua the God-Toad, or a Hard-Edge Dice Set, you will be receiving a partial refund on your order for the cost of the product and its associated tax. We identified a glitch in our BackerKit pre-order store that allowed for these items to be available for purchase and be charged for when they were supposed to be eliminated prior to charging cards. We apologize for the inconvenience and will contact individual backers affected if we cannot refund you directly through BackerKit or Kickstarter to arrange alternative methods of payment. Otherwise, refunds processed today and tomorrow should reflect in your bank account within 5-10 days. Thank you for your understanding!

CUSTOMS NOT PLAYING NICE? We did everything we could to ensure a smooth delivery for all our Backers outside of the US, but sometimes the plans don't quite work. If you have not filled out your survey on BackerKit by 11:59PM PST this Friday, September 2nd 2022, the BAM Team must consider your order forfeit and will mark your pledge as cancelled and non-refundable. Batch 1 of Tracking Numbers Incoming!

Good afternoon Dungeoneers!

I have great news! I've just received the first big batch of the tracking numbers from our fulfillment center, and I will be sending them out to backers this evening via BackerKit's system. If you ordered a Complete Resin Set, Complete Combo Set, or Single Warband without any add-ons, you can expect to receive your Tracking number tonight.

All other orders should be out by the end of the week as well, so if you don't receive your tonight, just know its coming shortly!

SHIPPING UPDATE: Latest News from the Fulfillment Center

Hey there Dungeoneers!

I've been in contact with the fulfillment center team all week regarding the shipping of Dungeon Delvers, and the good news is that they were able to clear the project that came before ours and started packing shippers yesterday and today. I was hoping to have the first set of tracking numbers to send out via BackerKit today, but it looks like I'll have that info for you on Monday instead. 

I am so excited to share that news with you all, and I will keep you up to date all next week as I know what is going out and when as they continue working.

SHIPPING UPDATE: Orders are at the Fulfillment Warehouse

Hey there Dungeoneers--

I just want to pop in to give you an update regarding all the orders we've dropped off for shipping with our fulfillment partner as we received some news from them late yesterday.

While we have dropped off the bulk of the orders to their facility to ship, they informed us they are contending with a very large project that is extending beyond its original estimated complete date. That means that our packages won't be leaving their facility until sometime next week after this previously scheduled project has cleared from their facility. 

Once our packages do start leaving the facility however, I will be receiving your tracking numbers and forwarding them to you so you can continue to keep an eye on your packages as they travel to your doorstep. 

If I hear anything else from the fulfillment center pertaining to their timelines, I will let you know immediately.
