SHIPPING UPDATE: We've got Progress!

Hello Dungeoneers!
Thank you again for all your patience while we get these last few orders out the door. As I mentioned earlier this week, our fulfillment partner was experiencing some capacity issues that pushed our last batch of orders back.
However, after some mutual problem solving, we've been able to slot the final batch in tentatively by the end of next week.
Full disclosure, I am still waiting on final confirmation from the fulfillment team, but I wanted to check in with y'all on this issue before the weekend and share the progress so far.
As soon as I have final word, I will post another update with the exact plan!

UPDATE: Final Orders are Delayed at Fulfillment Center

Hello Dungeoneers--
After checking in on a few backers orders with the fulfillment center last week, it has come to our attention that the final batch will be shipped later than expected due to capacity issues at their facility. Our original estimate was by the end of last week, but a large influx of other parcels at the fulfillment center has disrupted that estimate.
I am currently trying to nail down a better timeline to share in regard to when the last set of orders should ship. I will pop in once I have more info for you all that are affected by this issue.

Some Answers to Current Shipping Questions

Hello again Dungeoneers!
Thank you for your patience as I took a long overdue visit to family over the holiday weekend as I catch up on messages. I hope those of you in the US enjoyed the long weekend with some sun and well deserved rest too!
As shipments are arriving around the world, there are some common questions cropping up that I'd like to address to everyone in this update.
1) I'm a backer outside of the US, and I've received a bill for VAT that must be paid before my package will be delivered to me. What do I do? While we did as much prep we could on our end to prevent this from happening, it can still occur depending a number of factors. If you happen to be affected in this way, please email us a copy of your VAT bill at [email protected], and we will reimburse you! Just make sure to pay that bill promptly to avoid having your order bounced back.
2) I received a tracking number that shows my order going to an unfamiliar international address! Help! Not to worry! There was a small snafu with the first set of tracking numbers where they were scrambled and sent to the wrong customers via email, and you may have missed the update that addressed this at the time. There should be a second email from BackerKit with your updated tracking waiting for you. If not, email us at [email protected] for further assistance.
3) I am a backer outside of the US and my tracking number isn't showing updates. How can I check on my package status? Unfortunately, our team only has access to the same tracking info provided by the carrier as you do. If you'd like a detailed update on your shipment, we recommend calling the carrier directly for assistance. All Dungeon Delvers orders were sent via UPS.
4) I still haven't received a tracking number. Should I be concerned? If you still have yet to receive a tracking number, your order is likely in the very last batch of orders set to ship before we move onto general preorder fulfillment. We expect that this last batch of orders will leave the fulfillment center by the end of next week. If you haven't received a tracking number by then, please feel free to reach out to us via email at [email protected] for further assistance.

Fulfillment is Nearing Completion!

Hey there Dungeoneers--
I just want to pop in and provide a quick update that the majority of orders have been shipped or are in the process of being shipped at our fulfillment center. That means we're in the last stretch of fulfillment and an official wrap on our first ever Kickstarter campaign!
For those of you still awaiting tracking, I received a note from the fulfillment center yesterday that there was a small hang-up that delayed the second large batch of orders that have been at their facility, but they should be leaving shortly---hopefully by the end of the week, all factors permitting. If you haven't received a tracking number yet, but your order is marked as "Shipped" on KS, your order is in that batch.
When your order is departing the facility, you will receive an email from Gamerati's logistics system with your parcel's tracking info.
If your order is marked as "In Progress" on KS, your order is in the final small batch set to ship within a week or so. Backers with this status likely had refunds for errored carts processed this week, clearing them to ship (finally!)
Please Note: There are some secondary tier preorders that were ordered alongside a Kickstarter tier that populate in the BackerKit system as separate orders with their own ticket and order ID. If you were one of these backers, you will receive your Kickstarter pledge first, and the added preorder tier in a secondary shipment afterward. You'll receive two tracking numbers for each parcel respectively. Kickstarter rewards were prioritized in the shipping queue, so you can expect your preordered item to ship in approximately two-three weeks when all late-pledges/preordered items are set to ship.

Note About Today's Tracking Numbers

Hey all--
Our team was helpfully notified by a few of you who received tracking #'s this morning that it appears at least some orders seem to be going to the wrong address.
We can already see that the addresses on file are accurate, but a spreadsheet error may have jumbled the tracking numbers and sent the wrong info via backerKit's system this morning.
We are looking into the matter with the help of our fulfillment center to ensure we provide accurate info you those of you affected ASAP.
Thanks to those of you who alerted us to the issue and we appreciate everyone's patience!
