SHIPPING UPDATE: The Last Handful of Orders are Shipping this Week!

Hi there Dungeoneers, 

As you know, its been a wild few weeks as our fulfillment center unfortunately experienced a covid outbreak. As they are catching up on their backlog of work, we've decided to pick up the remainder of our Dungeon Delvers stock from their warehouse so we can directly ensure all of the orders that didn't ship last week go this week. If you emailed us about your order last week, thank you! We'll be reaching out with your tracking number by Friday. 

We'll also be shipping out any replacements for those of you who reached out regarding missing/broken items this week! 

We so appreciate your patience as we comb through these last few snags in our fulfillment process. We've learned a lot and we look forward to taking those lessons with us into our future project deliveries to make them as smooth as possible for all our fans.

SHIPPING UPDATE: Tracking Numbers Have Been Sent!

Hello Dungeoneers

We have three updates today: the first is that tracking numbers for those shipments in the final batch have been emailed out via Backerkit! Check your email if you've been waiting for that tracking info, and thank you again for your patience as we sorted it out after the covid outbreak curveball.

Secondly, some of you have already received your orders but may receive  a second tracking number email. This is a "ghost" notification that will be generated on the back end in order to mark your order as fulfilled in the BackerKit system. This only affects folks who were directly emailed their tracking number by the Gamerati team's database, and it does not mean a second package is en route to you. If you have already received your order, you can disregard that mysterious second tracking number email. 👻

Lastly, if you haven't received your package and  also haven't received a tracking number, then it is likely your order is in a very small group of outliers with credit card cancellations, incorrect/missing shipping info, etc. If you think this situation applies to you, please email us ([email protected]) with your name/email/shipping address/order number so that we can take care of you! Otherwise, we will be reaching out to you to make sure your order is fixed up and en route to you ASAP.

SHIPPING UPDATE: The Last Orders are (Finally) Heading Out!

We've received confirmation that the last of the remaining orders will be departing from the fulfillment warehouse today & tomorrow! So if you've been waiting to receive a tracking number, it should be hitting your inbox shortly. 

If you've already received your package and have contacted us regarding an issue with your order (like mispacked/broken items), we have compiled these tickets will be assisting you all shortly.

GAMERATI IS BACK: Shipping Resumes this Week

Hello all!

I am pleased to announce that it looks like Gamerati is back up and at it after their covid outbreak, and that they should be able to ship our remaining orders this week.

I really appreciate all your patience throughout this process, as this was an unfortunate hiccup in the road to complete delivery. Luckily, it seems like all those affected on their team are feeling much better.

I'll have more updates on progress throughout the week for you, but until then, thanks again!

UPDATE: Fulfillment Center Impacted by Covid

Hello Dungeoneers!

As I mentioned last week, our fulfillment partner has been experiencing capacity issues that have resulted in a few delayed shipments. We've learned that they are now also dealing with reduced staffing as most of their team is out with Covid. 

We are hoping their team members have a speedy recovery,  and we thank you for your continued patience. We will update again here once we have news to share as this is an evolving situation.
