🔥 Y'all unlocked TSATHOGGUA THE GOD-TOAD STL! 🔥

We so appreciate your additional support, and we're thrilled that we can make the sculpt for the STL backers who added it to their pledges a reality!

In light of that development, I had a chat with the team, we decided to drop the pledge threshold for Resin version of TSATHOGGUA THE GOD-TOAD from 100 to 50! Since we'll have the sculpt done for the STL's, it will be feasible for our team to engineer, master and make molds for the resin casts on fewer orders. 

With 45 already ordered, it'll only take 5 more to unlock by tomorrow at Midnight PST!

PS: Regarding STL Delivery of TSATHOGGUA THE GOD-TOAD STL - We'll begin sculpting shortly, and will deliver the STL files to all eligible backers as soon as we have it properly supported! Current estimate is end of April, but we'll keep you in the loop as we go!

PPS: Regarding the BackerKit Countdown Timers - You may have noticed that the Extra Mile Add-Ons have timers that are supposed to countdown to tomorrow, but are counting... up? I have tried everything I can to fix that glitch but I am unfortunately out of solutions. 😅

Check your emails, and if you haven't received your survey, use the instructions listed in the pinned update to retrieve it.

Hey there Dungeoneers! 

I see a few people haven't received their survey! Not to worry, there's an easy workaround.

1. CLICK HERE to access the 'Survey Recovery" page

2. Enter the email associated with your Kickstarter Account

3. Check your email! Double check your Spam folder, along with the Promotions and Updates Tabs (if you're on Gmail)

If that still doesn't work, click the Need Help? button below the email field to contact the BackerKit Team for further assistance.

Surveys Are All Out!

Hello again, Dungeoneers!

All BackerKit Surveys are now officially delivered! Make sure to check your email and fill it out at your earliest convenience. For those of you who purchased physical product, it's extra important: the survey collects your address and calculates taxes and fees based on your region for us! 

Backers Outside the US -  Please Note: Taxes are automatically calculated and collected from CA, EU, UK, AU/NZ shipping regions to facilitate Customs Friendly shipping, but for those outside of those regions, you'll need to ensure you know where to collect your package and pay any sales/import fees through your country's postal service. 

The survey will remain open until Wednesday March 17th 2021, and orders will lock the following day on March 18th. Don't worry though: if your address changes between then and June when physical orders begin to ship, you can always email the BAM team to update your record.

Those who pledged for STL rewards will receive their files on Friday March 19th!

Hey everybody!

A quick update on surveys as they start to go out! The BackerKit team is finalizing the surveys for everyone to ensure no technical difficulties, and you can expect to see your survey over the next 36 hours as they're sent in batches. The survey and Pre-Order store will close on March 17th, 2021, so you'll have plenty of time to go through and finalize what you want to pick up over the next two weeks.

We've gone above and beyond to make sure you'll have plenty of options to customize your order, and we hope you'll find the experience a fun and easy one! There's even another chance to unlock the Troll Bridge Terrain Set, and Tsathoggua the God-Toad!

Of course, if you have any trouble with making your order, the BackerKit and BAM teams will be there to help you out.
