Alright, all you wonderful Dungeoneers,

The final email of the Batch 1 STL delivery has successfully left the station and arrived in your inboxes! Took about 25 minutes for the merge to run, but I can see confirmation of successful deliveries to all addresses on the list. Have at it! I want to see those "opened" and "clicked" flags start rolling in! 😉 Remember: Don't forget to check your spam folder due to the link!

Just be aware, the zip file is enormous (over 4GB), so if you run into issues downloading it, try different browsers (we've had good luck with Chrome), check your anti-virus software settings, or check your ISP's data caps/speeds. We've thoroughly tested the downloader on our end, so we know the file is in good shape. Worst case scenario, you'll get these files through MyMiniFactory later this week so you can individually download models rather than the whole set at once to make it easier.

Thanks again for all your patience while we get MyMiniFactory and BackerKit ironed out for the next round of STL deliveries later this week!

Hey there, Dungeoneers!

Popping into your inboxes to update you on where we're at with processing payments and delivering STLs! After starting the card closing process last night, and doing some delivery dry runs with the team today, we realized we'll need to deliver in batches of emails in order to ensure order accuracy. Emails with links to files will start going out tomorrow after orders are locked and charges are processed, though it may take us through the weekend to handle any technical glitches that may pop up along the way. 

We deeply appreciate your patience! We'll get those batches out as fast as we can to you, as long as we can confirm you're getting all the models you're entitled to on the first try. 

We'll keep you in loop as we go, and as always, thank you for your support!

It's really important that if you have not filled out your survey, you do so today. We're getting ready to hook everyone with STL rewards up with their files this Friday, and if you miss the boat on the survey today, you'll have to wait until we gather the next batch for delivery!
